Ready to embark on a new journey?

There comes a time in every person’s life when things just don’t seem to add up any more. There’s never enough money, enough time, enough daylight hours to get everything done. It always seems that you are just running behind and trying harder to catch up every day.

But what if you could “take a step back” and really look at what you are doing (or not doing) and find a better way? Or find an alternative that could fulfill your life more completely?

We decided to take that journey…. that trip to the unknown… to a simple life… some may call it the “road less traveled.” Either way, I have found our switch of moving to the farm relaxing…. grounding… strengthening… and more fulfilling.

Our kids are able to play in large open fields, explore, test out their ideas and use their imaginations. They are more content with the little things and value playing outside over playing on an electronic. To me… that’s priceless.

This journey has already begun to help cultivate new found appreciation for the “little things in life,” as well as trying new hobbies and adding richness to our world. Our kids know the value of hard work and reaping what they sow; both in the garden and in life. It’s something that we continue to improve upon as the months and years go by.

We’re excited to take on this journey and help people cultivate a better life, a new sense of purpose and to showcase that no matter where you are from, what your circumstances are… we can all cultivate the life we want… we just need to take that leap of faith and try something new…. something better… because the grass isn’t always greener on the other side… it will be green right in your own backyard if you just water and tend to it.

So, here’s to all those that are embarking on a journey. As the Irish blessing goes:

May the road rise to meet you, and the wind always be at your back. May the sun shine warm on your face. and the rains fall softly on your fields.
